You can have a DNA test done it will cost you around $200.00, it will give you what % of Indian you are, Another, Can you find any of your family on the register? Also, What race does your birth certificate have? Check your mothers & fathers, How about Death cerrtificates if any of your parents or grand parents passed, it will have their race on the death certificate.
They have a few test through DNA, ( YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PROVE YOUR HERITAGE,) before applying.
