I live in IL and I know where you can find what you are looking for but if it is for breeding I will not help.

EDIT: Since you have 3 dogs why get another. I know that puppies are adorable and great but breeding is not as easy as it seems and the toughest part is finding good homes for the pups. As they get older they become more work and it is not as much fun when you have 8 puppies running around peeing and pooping everywhere and trying to get into everything. I also know what it is like to buy a puppy, get attached, watch it grow up and then for it to get sick and die. I know this happens when dogs are bred with no knowledge of how to breed. Are you prepared to do all neccessary health screenings and to have your dogs OFA certified? If you do not do all health and hip checks how will you feel if someone who buys a dog from you calls to tell you the dog is sick or dying (and it can happen)? I know someone who has been breeding his dog for a few years. His dog is a 5yr old White Shepherd and it turns out he has Pannus and eventually will go blind. Pannus is hereditary and now there is a chance for his pups to develop this eye disease and it could have been prevented if he had of tested his dog or at least researched pedigrees. Are you prepared to take each and every pup back or at least re-home if it is no longer wanted. Will you sell pups on a spay /neutered contract. It is harder to sell pups when you are not giving new owner free reign. Do you show your dogs, work with them or belong to any shepherd clubs? I know you do not but you should consider it. I truly hope you will reconsider and just concentrate on the dogs you own. If you really want to be around more dogs why not foster for GSD rescue they always need help and it is just as rewarding as raising puppies (if not more) and then you can also see first hand the results of breeding without knowledge.. I did not mean to be nasty but it really aggravates me that people are just willing to throw 2 dogs together without knowledge of what they are doing.

You would if you happen to began educating her younger sufficient. (I'm sorry in case your puppy is a male named Gretchen or intersexed and I'm mislabeling it as a lady). Just considering that she's German doesn't suggest that she'll prefer up German swiftly; language is not genetic, nonetheless, genetics DOES aid. For instance, I am a whole breed Filipino Human, however considering that my dad and mom did not teach me in Tagalog (probably the most ordinary Filipino dialect) while I was once more youthful, I nonetheless had a difficult time in my Tagalog elegance in top college and nonetheless do not know the language! This is considering that I was once raised in America. However, considering that I am complete breed Filipino Human, I nonetheless did greater than a number of the combined-bred humans in my elegance. But why teach her in German simply considering that she's a German shepherd? That's a few variety of racial-profiling there; probably you must ask her what she needs. Plus, if she weren't no less than bilingual, it might make it tougher for her to converse along with her English-educated friends. Good good fortune in anything you decide on, despite the fact that.

You want a male for your female? For what? Companionship? Breeding purposes?

If it's for companionship, you first need to determine that your girl really enjoys the company of other dogs. Many GSD's would rather be single-dogs in a household. If your girl does seem to enjoy the company of other dogs, you will have to be sure she can get along specifically with a male you choose for her 'partner' before committing to fully adopting him.

Here is a link from Yahoo to numerous White GSD Rescues:

If you plan on breeding...stop and think a moment. Then start researching, learning and planning. You first have to have a goal in sight, preferably producing the soundest pups possible, both physically and mentally. This means starting out with the best quality parents you can find.

Discover what being the best quality White GSD means. Research, talk to breeders, read books, visit kennels, go to events. Don't just put a male together with a female and hope for the best!

Don't breed your dog, hon. The world has too many now. Pounds and rescue places are full of dogs no one wants. And tho you may find a place for this litter, what about the ones from these babies' babies? Unless you are a professional, you have no idea the cost involved -- you are looking at a loss of thousands of dollars if you female has delivery problems, or you just let her die, because you hope the problem will just go away and everything will be okay.... it won't, hon. Just because you have a female, doesn't mean you should breed it. Get her spayed. She'll live longer and be healthier, and a way better pet

I have 2 German Shepherds a 12 female and a 1 1/2 year old male and my female dislikes him very much. My male loves her very much. If it is for companionship make sure she wants another around, female shepherds can be a bit bitchy. They are the most amazing dogs though so good luck.

I live in IL and have a German shepherd as well, although she isn't white. Are you looking for a white-colored dog, or a more traditional black and tan?

wow small world, I also live in IL, but do not own a shepard. You could put an add in the local paper to attract people. Or go to craigslist.com and place an add there. Good luck!
