How do you pronounce the surname, Peigneux?

His full name is Philippe Peigneux and he is a researcher currently living in Belgium. I suspect the name is French, but I could be wrong.

Umm I'm not totally sure but I know someone with a very similar surname and my guess is you would pronounce it roughly
