Two weeks ago my mailbox gave me a letter saying our house and contents insurance had expired. I had paid part of it so rung them up; they don't put it back on till you pay in full. As if that wasn't bad enough next was a letter from IRD to say my September GST Return hadn't been received - it went in at the end of October - Finally got that sorted and refund came last week. On the way back home car broke down. There was a hell of a bang and then I lost power. Thank goodness I was on top of a hill [no not a big one] and then no power so coasted down and around the corner but in everyones way. Hit the radio as a woman in distress [well who had broken down really and to be careful going round the corner]. Phoned from the shop where I stopped and got my husband to ring AA. Then went and got a kind Car Salesman to push me off the road [ooops car I mean - not me] AA Man reckons Cam belt gone - only just been done three times before. Got home with a tow. Phoned Insurance company to tell them to take credit from car and put on House and Contents : can't do that they said it hasn't been insured since April. Told them I had phoned in September and requested it be put back again as it was fixed and it was my Special Car till all this happened. Did I want it re-instated now? Not likely I just wanted to drive it into a brick wall - but of course that couldn't happen as it won't go. Car still won't go so finally got GST Return and now bought another 2nd hand one - hopefully this is a good outcome to a bad beginning eh? Then Freezer packed up and I had to spend all day Sunday cooking stuff to save it as I couldn't get a new one delivered and had to wait till next day. Does that get me 100 points?

My dad married his sister and had me and my brother and then we got married and we had a girl and a boy and we're hoping they'll keep with the family tradition.
I think our tails our starting to come back!!
Maybe by the 7th generation they'll have them!
