Where Can i find a channel guide for Subchannels on my HDTV?

I have HDTV with built in tuner. I have many Digital subchannels like 68-1 and 68-2 and so on. This is comming through my regular cable, not an antenna to get free over-the-air HDTV. I don't have a channel listing for the endless subchannels and was wondering if there was one out there?
