I would save the puppy, it was probably human error that caused the fire, humans have hands and can unlock doors, also since kindergarten we all have experienced fire drills and been insrtucted on how to get away from a burning structure. besides I like animals better than I do people. they are much more honest

It's dependant on if it was a baby and a puppy vs. a kid/adult and a puppy. Either way, neither life is more valuable, dispite the fact that "god created people in his own immage" because using that same line of though, let's spell God backwards and see what we get. There's gotta be something to that. So if it's baby vs. puppy, I'd have to save the baby because some of the same people screaming SAVE THE DOG are also constantly b!tching about over population. If it's haman capable of walking then it's the puppy, because what's the point in saving what can save itself?
It all comes down to who needs it more, because I blind and deaf puppy can't come when called, but neither can a baby, but what kinda household would have both an infant and an infant dog?
Hope I never have to decide in real life, because I'd probably try to justify either one and wind up wasting time, y'know?

Well that is a very hard question but I would go for the dog or puppy because well the firemen will come and they are likely to save the person not the dog or puppy, and any away if the firemen didn't come a person wouldn't just stay there they are likely to reach open the door or jump out the window and a dog can't open a door or go out a window. The dog or puppy wouldbe scared to even thinkabout escaping.

The human of course , the puppy may follow it's master out. The person you saved might be someone that some day be able to make a contribution to humanity, even a Nobel prize winner. And the cute puppy would just grow up to be a dog( and I love animals). *

I would save the human obviously. As much as I love puppies and dogs, human life is more important. Humans are far more intelligent than a dog, and a human life should always be saved first before any animal if both are in danger.

Hard question to anwer just straight out. I think it would all depend on the circumstances of the moment. Is the human physically capable of getting their self out? Does the dog have a good disposition or is it going to resist a rescue? I love dogs myself but let's face it some people just aren't worth saving and neither are some dogs.

I love animals and would probably save my own dog before myself, but in this situation I would save the human because I believe human life is worth more than anything.

I would save the dog. The human should be smart enough to climb out a widow.

I would try for both, i like dogs better than humans, but if i got the dog when i could have got the human, and the human was burned to death, i would feel so bad.....i would be a murderer.......
But if i could only get 1......i would have to say i would get the human, but i would hate myself forever for not trying to get the dog.
:)But i WOULD get the human.
