Sometimes when I am walking/driving/waking up/ playing FFR kind of liek DDR but on the computer(the arrows go up on the screen).... or like get done running. When I stop all those things, it looks like everything i look at is morphing inward.....what could this be? :'(

You should have a complete medical checkup and discuss this with a doctor. It could be an optical problems, a problem with the brain processing visual things, etc. It could also be hallucinations, but I'd put my money on a biological problem.

I have no idea what FFR and DDR are, but that kind of visual disturbance you describe could be what is called an aborted migraine. I have something similar, called Alice In Wonderland Syndrome (honestly), also known as Micropsia. See your doctor

It's more likely visual than mental. Don't ask us, ask your doctor, because that doesn't sound normal. Then again, they couldn't tell me why everything would jiggle *think that if what I was seeing was on TV and suddenly the pictured started moving back and forth so quickly that it blurs* now and then, and sometimes change entirely for a second. But asking your doctor is probably the best choice, not asking a bunch of pretty much clueless people who can't even spell "spell" correctly half the time.
