i just (accidently) dropped a cookie i had dipped in milk down my bra!!!

Yes, I've done this on several occassions. However, the most embarassing incident wasn't something I "dropped" down, but something that found it's own way down. I was riding my motorcycle into town when I struck a bug (it felt rather large, and I thought it was a grasshopper), and I felt it slide down my shirt and into my bra. When we pulled over at the next gas station, I made a discreet peek and then I panicked - it has actually been a wasp and it was still there! All thoughts of modesty went out the window, I drug my hands under my shirt, pulled the bottom starp of my bra out as far as it would go and did the wiggles until it fell out. Luckily, I wasn't stung - except for my pride!

Oh yes, several times. The most embarrassing one was last year at a cocktail party at the Norwegian embassy in Paris. I was standing with a few people and took a bite of a canapé and a piece fell off and down my top. Nobody said anything of course, but I was blushing bright red! A guy I know was across the room, and nearly burst out laughing. Unfortunately this s the cross us clumsy, busty women have to bear. :-)

My brother, bless him, recently threw a Cheeto down the cleavage of my smock, then the little bugger tried to reach in and get it. I beat him to it (then ate the Cheeto) We made the lady next to us snort her soda up her nose.

no, but once there was this guy who was bumped by another person and the guy's beer splashed in between my boobs. It was hilarious.
