am tottally like ok maybe not love but i am pretty much in love so it's all the same. But I like this guy a whole lot and I asked him out like 5 times and every time he just says the same thing.

HIM: Sort of!

See that has happened every time! What does it mean? Does he not like me? Should I just forget about him? What the heck should I do???

yes, that's exactly what it means ... he doesn't like you the same way you like him and trying not to hurt your feelings ... forget him and find one that will ask you out!

In boy-talk "sort of" means "you're gorgeous, but I'm really tied up at the moment" or "get the hell away from me."
Either way, there isn't much of a chance if he's refused you that many times.

Looks like the interest is not high. You may want to try one last time by getting a definite answer " YES" or " NO ". Otherwise, I think you should drop him and hop on.

He's nervous. He's not ready to go on a regular date with you yet. Invite some friends for a double, or even a triple-date, so he won't feel like he's being pressured to talk. go out as friends, and untill he's ready to ask you out, always ask for group dates.

Stop asking him. Go out with someone else and he should know that you are going out with somebody. This will trigger in his mind and if it doesnt, well you still going out. What else do you want. We cant win all. MOVE ON and you may find someone better.

he doesn't want to go out with you...it's not a "sort of" question...it's either yes or no...by saying "sort of" he's not hurting your feelings...find a man with some back bone...
