Thanks for sharing! I signed and I hope you signed to end female genital cutting. Its horrible and Ill always be willing to sign but I wonder how it really helps.

I have learned that signing petitions without doing research on the subject can cause me to sign something I really did not understand. Oftern not ALL the facts are presented by the person seeking signatures. Much better for me to study all aspects of the issue first.

For a lot of causes petitions don't help, no matter how many signatures you get, more so with internet petitions.

I dont know but they shouldn't be because everyone has the rights of R.A.P.P.S religion, assembly,press, petition, and speech and those are your unailenable right which can't be taken away so exercise them because they are there.

I'm not scared, I did sign, & you could've just said "could you please sign this petition". People would still read & sign.
