I just received pills exactly like you described (3759, bowtie, white, oval) from the pharmacy. These are a new generic form of Lisinopril. Mine are 10mg but I'm not sure if dose would affect the pill description?
However, I would suggest before you take any unknown pill you check in person with a pharmacist to find out what it is.

I do not think there is a PDR (physicians Desk Refrence) online. They have a pic of all the pills out there now even the illegal ones. OR you can go to the drug store and they should have one lying around you could scan through so you dont have to buy it. Or just ask the pharmasist. Dont just hold it up to her place it in a plastic baggy and show her. Or go to the library and look it up in the real PDR. Just take it with you and use it as a refrence.

There are several Pill identifing websites or just call a local pharmacist - Walgreens, CVS - etc and ask them - they will be happy to answer. But if you found it - just throw it way. I am sure it's not what a pill to make you invisible But ,
