My question is it worth paying the extra money for the recoil reduction in the Super Nova? Or should I go with the Nova and purchase the mercury recoil reducers? Seem like the same gun besides that.

The mercury reduces are not that cheap, and you have to buy that bracket for them too. Might save a little money, but then you have to fart around with it too. See what you can get them for and ask yourself is the difference worth it.

Unless you are very small and weak, you don't need those fancy gadgets....after all they can break and cause more problems than they are worth.
Do 10 push ups and pull ups everyday and get a limbsaver butt pad and you'll be fine.
