Recently, I've discovered that when I eat sugar, my depression goes away (I have depression problems). Does this mean I should eat more sugar, or what? What's causing this? Can sugar cure my depression?

Thanks!

Sugar lows can actually cause depression. Try eating fruit or bread (bread turns to glucose in your system) to get yourself off the sugar highs and lows smoothly.

Hah. They say that angry people often have teeth problems. And that has nothing to do with how much sugar they eat. So even if you eat a lot of sugar, if you're so so happy, you probably won't get any cavities. (That still don't mean you shouldn't brush your teeth, though.) (And don't count on it, really). But I bet anybody who starts eating sugar sugar sugar like a five-year-old is gonna cure their depression just from the silliness of it. You can try another method; rub that soft part of your ears. It'll make you happy.
