Okay, I'm 20 years old, so as u can figure, I'm just "starting off". I finally landed a real decent job, though I've been workin' non-stop for the past few years...and I'm in the process of lookin' for my "home". Today, this guy came into the bank I work at and was talkin' about this 1-bedroom 4-family-flat that he has available. He said it'd be perfect for me, cuz I don't have any kids...but I'm nervous on which one would be better...what all should I consider when deciding between the two?

Consider your finances, don't jump at the chance...go back in the morning and in the evening to see what the neighborhood is like and check and see if you are on any airports flight path (LOL). Since you are alone are the shopping centers close? Are the parking lots lights near your building working??? Is it fenced in all around and you only have card access? I know this sounds paranoid and I know you probably want to live alone...but you want to be safe also.

Consider lifestyle and location and don't rush into anything. Good Luck!

Your home..........no kids, does that mean no noise? Think those things clearly through. It's a big decision and don't rush.
