Often times people confuse being in love with infatution. I hear when it comes you will know it. However, how can one be sure? Some people have signs or maybe tests to prove their theory. What would be the most effective to use in your opinion? Also, if you know the person may not feel the same way, should you risk it and tell them how you feel?

First, tell her. Life is short and you might always regret not telling her. Be prepared for whatever might happen but don't be scared of her response.
What is love. I don't know if I have ever really experienced it except with my niece and nephews when they were babies. So my feeling is this, When you would give everything you have up for them, when you would rather be with them than do anything else, including the things that have always been your favorite things ( me watching sports), when you would gladly die to save them, when you count the minutes until you see them and when you do all the pain and suffering in your life disappear, nothing else matters except being with them. When you think of them you feel secure, safe, thrilled, confused. When you put them first. I agree with the person who said when you hurt ( that occurs mostly when it does not work and the love is not returned) but it hurts when you can not be with them. Understand that sometimes we misunderstand love ( normally when we can not get who we want, and we miss them so we think we are in love with them because it is so hard to stop thinking about them). I hope for your sake you are in love and that the feelings will be mutual.

Being "in love" is a very tricky situation, and many people use that word to describe different levels of attraction. I think there is the type of love that very much like infatuation, a strong, intense attraction towards someone that seems to consume all other desires. Then there is the type of affection that couples still have for each other after 5, 10, 20 years of relationships. One is a sprint, the other is a marathon, and I suppose there even things inbetween. Try to figure out which one is yours.

i think u would be able to feel it deep down inside. love is not something that one can explain as such.... but wen u find ur self thinking about some one more than anything u may be in love, wen u cant eat, cant sleep because all ur doin is thinking about he or she .like usher say u gat it bad. wen u want to hear or see that person every hour of evry day.......... u may be in love. now if that person calls constantly, and wants the best for u always, and wants to make u happy no matter wat the consequences r honey tey probally loves u.ther is not really a persific way u should feel 2 no if ur in love, love is un describable, yet amazing. all i can say is that u would feel it , God will have away to give u an idea and a special feeling , one u have never felt before. any way good luck cus i does get carried away wen i hear about love.

There's only one sign of knowing you're truly in love with someone. Know what it is? Knowing you're in love with them. It's that simple. If you have to rely on "tests" to confirm your belief, then it's just that - a belief. Something you aren't sure of. As far as telling someone you love them, if they're great enough for you to feel so strongly about them, they shouldn't be bothered, and might even feel the same way but be afraid of a similar fate. You just have to be prepared to accept that your feelings may not be returned in full. If you never take the risk, you'll never get the positive outcome.

1. you get butterfly's in your stomach everytime you think or see or hear anything that has to do with the person.
2. you feel like you have to be around them all the time and love every second of it even if you only get to see them for a min.
3. you can't stop starring at them no matter what
you can tell them I love you and see what they say. It's not as hard as it sounds but if it's your 1st time saying it to anyone then you might get nervous and worry about if they will say it back.

First, I truly believe that to be "in love" there has to be an equal, mutual relationship developed/developing. There is no test, it's just a much different feeling. I've had love for someone, but I was not in love with them like I thought. I knew that when I did find true love, because it felt so different. It's not just missing them, being attracted to them, thinking of them often...it's having an entirely new level of respect, trust, loyalty, selflessness, & admiration for them.

You know your in love with someone when you would marry that person today, throw yourself in front of a bullet for them, and have a child with them. If someone love you they will do anything for you and they want to spend every moment of their time with you. Does this person do any special things for you that he/she does not do for anyone else, or does he/she try to find reasons to spend time with you. These are clear signs that the person is interested in you.

You know you are in love when you see that person in the worst possible situation, when you have got mad enough at them to kill them, when you have seen them at their very worst but you'd still rather be with them at their very worst than with anybody else at their best. Infatuation is the beginning of love....but given the test of time and realities of life, you get to the real stuff.
Should you tell them??? I'd rather be a fool in love than have nothing to hold on to but fear.

ok, when you are in love, you will experience the following:
1. uncontrollable and unexplainable sweating
2. heavy feet, becase the water goes down to your feet
3. all the water makes the joints holding your heart up fail, so your heart splashes into the water in your feet
4. the splash causes all the circuts in your brain to short-circut, so you babble like an idiot until your subject of love leaves.

When they are the first person you think of when you wake up, and are the last person you think of before sleep. When you can't imagine ur life w/out them. When you actually see positive change in ur life as a result of that persons presence.
