All Christians still struggle with sin.
I would hope that you wouldnt be able to find one that would state that they are perfect and no longer struggle with sin and temptation to sin.
So, yes, a Christian who struggles with sin will still have their sins covered by the blood of Jesus Christ whom died for this very reason.
His sacrifice was and is big enough and powerful enough to cover all sins of those whom believe upon him. Heaven is awaiting for all Christians of whom none are perfect and still sin.

Everybody struggles with sin.
HEB 10:26 If we deliberately keep on sinning after we have received the knowledge of the truth, no sacrifice for sins is left, 27 but only a fearful expectation of judgment and of raging fire that will consume the enemies of God.
Just dont sin deliberately or continue sinning. there is no forgiveness for ongoing sin.
Example: I murdered a man. That does not make me a murderer but it means I killed someone.I can be forgiven.
I muder then I murder then I muder etc. I am now a murderer or nonrepentive sinner. I cannot be forgiven.

Depends on how they feel about their sin.
Smoking is sinful because of what it does to one's body which St. Paul refers to as the "temple of the Holy spirit". Someone who enjoys smoking harms themself more than the one who has tried quitting for the past 10 years!
No....you won't go to Hell. God looks at intent. If you are truly of a contrite spirit (Psalm 51) you have nothing to fear....even if the sin is a deeply ingrained habit. But yopu must at least realize the sinfulness of it and want to stop.

You must accept Christ as your Lord and Savior and believe that He is the only begotten son of the one true God, the father of Abraham, Isacc, and Jacob to enter heaven. We all struggle with some kind of sin but we also live under grace. That won't keep you out of heaven unless you deny Christ. Place your struggles at the foot of the cross and allow Christ to help you with them. If they are too much, seek professional Christian help.

If some one really wants to break a habit there are steps you must take.
Confess your sins one to another and pray for each other so that you may be healed.
If Christ is your Savior. No.

its called demonic oppression in the case of Christians, and demonic possession in the case of non believers.
If you want out, then it happens by route of deliverance.
it ain't pretty, it don't feel the greatest when its happening, but when its done, you know it..for the better.
And for those that say its by grace through faith not works, lest any man should boast..thats true, but don't use that as justification to continue in willful sinning....because fact is, there should be evident change in a person's life if they are what and who they say they are.

Everyone struggles with sin. If you are saved by the grace of GOD, you will not. That's why Jesus died on the cross for us.
Ephesians 2:8-9 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith- and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of GOD- not by works, so that no one can boast.

Not if they truly repent and ask Christ to be Lord of their lives. If the Holy Spirit dwells in them, they are no longer able to HABITUALLY sin. We are all going to sin, we are of flesh, and of course that includes those that are saved. But if you are truly born again, then you have self control, which means that you cannot sin habitually. Jesus sent His Holy Spirit to overcome a lifestyle of bondage to sin.

No, weather we go to Heaven or Hell is not dependent on our works.....on how well we follow the 10 commandments. It is dependent upon weather we have accepted Jesus Christ as our personal Savior.
