becuase gravity pulls all kinds of molecules close together and all kinds of things like oxygen and nitrogen gets mixed in from plants and animals and cars put some carbon dioxide, it all starts from way before the dinosouars, BUT you can blame it on gravity anyways

to hold up everything that is in the world and in (if possible) the universe. plus it helps plants grow and allows living things to breath.
