im pretty much exaclty like you
except, im not shy ANYMORE
i used to be shy
it was killing me, so i talked more in public, talked more to girls i like
and i overcame it , trust me, you should to.
but theres nothing wrong with a shy guy.
well.....
first
talk to her.
become better friends, start caring for her more, say some sweet things, get some aww's from her.
talk to her when shes down, hold her when shes cold
all the basic stuff, but it adds up, girls remember those types of things.
then after a month or so of bein good friends, not too long.
ask her out
if you wait too much you'll be stuck in the friend zone
if u act too quickly, you'll be stuck , and she'll just be thinking of you as some guy.
you dont want that
so after a bit under a month
ask her out then.

Well if she is your friend you have half of it accomplished already.With women it is tricky sometimes buddy.You have to start off giving her little hints that you like her to test the water.Sometimes playfully joking around with her works good.A woman likes a good since of humor in a guy just don't over due it.Then after you test the water out with her you will know if she would allow that at all.Then if she acts like she would go for it,Just be honest and tell her how you feel and what you want to come out of it.You will be very surprised what honesty does for you.Just make sure she knows that even if you couldn't hook up you still would like to be friends.She will respect that and you get moved up on her list a little further.Then you just take it from there.Just don't jeopardize the friendship.

have you asked her yet? I see it was posted 3 days ago. If you havent yet. Build up the motivation and self esteem. And go for it with a rose and a cute note. or just simply ask her somewhere nice.

First you need to be brave. You have to decide if you could possibly sacrifice your friendship if you ask her out. It could, on the other hand be the best thing you have ever done. Good Luck!

just tell her you like her, she will understand, but don't act awkward around her if she says no it just makes everything uncomforatable for both of you, i know its happend with me!!
don't be shy just go for it :)
