No unless you have hemorrhoids or pulps. I would have it looked at by a Dr. Not to scare you but it could be a sign of Colon cancer. *

No. It isn't normal. But not necessarily anything ominous either. But it is something that you need to have a doctor check because it can be the first signs of cancer.
It might be nothing more than polyps, but still you need to know.

Yes it's common. If it's red then it's likely hemorrhoids or dried and compacted. Dark black stool is from further up the intestinal tract
If it persists, see your doctor.

no. if it is dark colored you need to go to hospital. i had ulser and didnt know it. had to have 8 units of blood transfused and get scoped three times. twice through the mouth and once you know where. they put you to sleep so its not too bad. but dont put this off. i also was throwing up blood so if that happens rush to hospital. good luck

depends how much blood and how regularly. often or large quantities is cause to see your doctor.
