I had the same thing happen this past summer. It was diagnosed as a prolapsed rectum with surgery being the next step. I saw another doctor and it ended up being the biggest hemorrhoid in the world. If there is lots of bleeding go to the ER. If there is lots of pain then there are blood clots in the hemorrhoid causing the implosion. They have to be removed. Once the clots are removed and the stitches are removed you'll feel like you did before you strained reading your favorite comic book. By the way that's what causes hemorrhoids, constipation caused by hanging around on your throne for the second act. No good. Just go and and don't try to force it all out at one sitting anymore or else that will happen again. Happy Trails...

Hemorrhoids are associated with constipation and straining at bowel movements. How to get rid of hemorrhoids https://tr.im/oTVuX
Pregnancy is also associated with hemorrhoids. These conditions lead to increased pressure within the hemorrhoidal veins that causes them to swell. Other conditions, for example chronic liver disease, may also cause increased venous pressure and may be associated with hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are very common and are estimated to occur in up to one-half of the population by age 50.

Snip the buggers off even with your rectum, and put alcohol on the wound to preclude infection. Seriously, if you have not inserted any foreign objects recently, It is a good indicator of colon cancer or roids of both. It is nothing to play with.

Go see a doctor and do it soon.
What you have may be a rectal prolapse and cause tremendous damage if not treated imediately.
It could also be just a bad hemmorrhoid in which case there is less danger.
If you are serious, go see a doctor.
