My crush (who likes me back), was very nice to me at first, but after he told someone that he likes me, and they told me, he became cold and distant, denying even liking me. I thought that he was afraid of being rejected by me, but recently, I told him that I like him, and expecting him to change his behavior, but he didn't. Yet, he goes to the spot where I always sit at (we're in PE together), and just looks at me blankly, and when I talk to him, he doesn't say a thing. And today, his friend kept "accidently" stepping on my shoes when we were going into our locker rooms, and he says that it's "purely coincidential," but I looked at my crush's and his friend's feet, and it looked like he was purposely trying to step on my shoes. Yet, he denies even liking me, even after I told him I like him. I'm so confused. Why is he acting like this?

I don't know how old you are but I think now that his secret about liking you has come to the surface, he is a little scared. Ease back a little bit and see what happens.
I remember one time at a friend's birthday party when I was 13 or 14, I slow-danced with a girl that I was attracted to, and she was to me (hello, we slow-danced). But on Monday at school, one of her friends asked if I "liked" her, I said, "no". I froze up. For me it was my only chance...so think about giving him another. Just not yet.

he is acting this way because he is still a little boy. find a different "crush" and get over him. That is if you want someone a bit more mature. Another thing do not tell them you like them unless you know you will recieve the same from him.

he a) lied and doesnt like you (get used to it hunny) or B) is embarrassed that you found out that he likes you and i trying to cover it up (in this case drop ur feeings for him and find sumone new) or C) he's afraid that by liking u his social staus will drop (im not saying ur low on the socail ladder) and again i would drop him like something that drops things

You already told him you liked him and he's not showing any interest in you. Don't pay attention to him. See how he likes that. He had his chance to talk to you and he blew it. He knows you like him so it can't be that he is too shy. Just ignore him.
