I've been throwing up and having constant pure liquid diarehha for 5 days. Is there anything I can do to stop it or lessen it? I've been having to go to the bathroom like every 15 minutes and whatever I eat or drink goes right through me not a few minutes later. Any suggestions? I tried taking Pepto. I have tried eating bread, peanut butter, saltines, and drinking milk but nothing has helped. I can't sleep because I have to keep going to the bthroom. Help! Please!

POOR YOU ! try imodium a d it works really good. and you need to drink a lot of liquids if you're having that big of a problem. you definitely need to see a DOCTOR. it sounds like you have some kind of infection in your intestines. that used to happen to me when I would get really stressed out. the minute the food hit my stomach....i was rushin' up those stairs prayin i would make it. just be very careful. losing fluids like that is very dangerous. You really need to be seen by a doc sweetie. Good luck. I hope i have helped you. GBU

Costco muffins! Processed foods will always mess you up the other way. :) However, if you are dehydrated you want to go slow with this as you won't be able to move the mass around. I would also intake lots of fiber: Broccoili, cauliflower, etc. Carrots are suppose to help with the vitamin K, but not too many.

Another way to go is protien. The body needs water to break down a real hamburger. Not McDonald's soy stuff, but...In and Out Burger. You'll notice you get thursty when you eat meat.

It sounds like you got off a cruse ship and had their bug. I'd be careful in anyself diagnosis or fix becuase you could be doing just the opposite. Warning too - doctors can give you medication to stop you up, or make you go more. Yuckie, yuckie pills that you don't exactly swallow if you know what I mean. You want to eat normal foods, so you don't have to go down that road. At some point, that it going to go that way if you don't get this under control.

I wish you luck. Take care.

Water will make vomiting worse. Sip a few ginger ale, or different flat soda. Sip, don't drink. From the sounds of it you've gotten anything extra sever occurring. You have got to pass to the ER. You would have meals poisoning; you would even have gallstones, or anything much more sever. Be dependable and pass to the ER now. If you don't consider you'll force, and shouldn't have anything that may force you, have an ambulance come and take you to the ER. Vomiting with belly discomfort is severe.

Depending on where you are, there is a possibility that you have a serious infection and you should see a doctor. Imodium or loperamide can help you stop the diarrhea as well. Staying hydrated is very important so drinking pedialyte and other fluids is important too. One rule of thumb is to replace everything you pass. If this persists for too long, go see a doctor.

You really should see your doctor ASAP. The longer you wait the more you'll mess up your esophagus. Even worse is that if you leave it untreated and it turns out contagious. Just drop by your local ER and they'll give you pepcid or protonix i.v, that'll surely help you.

Try taking Imodium That should stop the Diarrhea. If not, then it sounds like you have the bad case of flu. If it continues, I would call your doctor.

I think maybe you should call a doctor ~ try pedialite (its for kids but also works great for adults - you dont want to get dehydrated) hope your feeling better soon!

I hardly think that having her call a doctor is a reason for a thumbs down ~ cripes and pedialite is for dehydration

See your doctor ASAP.. You will dehydrate, and you need medication. Yours is a serious condition no home remedy will fix. I'm not kidding.
