I saw another mom ask a question about her kid talking to an imaginary friend, and I thought "How funny! My daughter does that too!" My daughter calls her friend Princess Ariel, and my husband and I hear her talking to her all the time.

My husband said that one day a few days ago he was getting onto her for doing something and she turned to her "friend" and said "Why you make me do that?" We hear her talking to her friend all the time, but she seems to be bossing her most of the time.

My mom suggested that she might be really seeing someone, but I joked that it must not be a very nice person cause according to my 2 1/2 yr. old, her friend is always getting her into trouble. LOL

Do you think that kids can see spirits that we can't?

Well my son has a tendency to sit there and laugh at nothing. He will just look up and start smiling and laughing. Then one day he started pointing up and saying god over and over, which we are not extremley religious so he must have gotten it off of the tv. He just acts like he is talking to someone and laughing at them often. We ask him who he's talking to and he says God.

I used to know this little girl who had an imaginary friend named Bobby and she could sit there and tell you stories of Bobby like he was a real person. Like how many pets he owned and his twin sisters and where he worked. She never messed it up either, no matter when or how you asked her you would get the same answer.

I think children can see spirits and angels. I think it's how they stay occupied.

My 4 year old has all sort of imaginary friends... but my Grandmother died on 12/02/06, and my daughter was very close to her. In the past few days, my daughter has started seeing Mimi when she is in her bedroom. The way she describes it, there is NO WAY this is her imagination. I've always heard that kids were more sensitive to other worldly things because their brains aren't all jumbled up with stupid things we as adults do. Just never thought I'd experience it first hand with my tot.

I've been able to see/hear good and bad energy at age 4 yrs. old I never told anyone until I was 15 and I told my mom, I found she can, my grandmother can and my daughter can, 2 of my cousins can but the rest of the family can't,Then my great granny could etc/etc. You'll know the difference, if it real or not. Mom had a childhood Friend, an actual ghost, it was her cousin ,who died early. If it's hurting her take her to a Catholic priest or a Native American medicine man. The reason why I say them is bec they can really help.

She might not be making it up!lol as silly as that sounds. Shes little remember she has an imagination I would ask her more about her freind ask her what she looks like. How did she get her into trouble you know that sorta stuff! I used to have a bunch of glass dolls in my room when I was little I would see them move and they always was falling off of my dressers. So my answer is she may not be making this up.!

Hope you find out what is going on and the best of luck to you!

I believe some children can see things or people, they are more open minded to alot of things that adults are not.
When my daughter was 3 we think she had a 'ghost' friend. she said his name was Adam and that he paints houses, and one night i heard her get up around midnight and she went to go put on her shoes and jacket so i asked her what she was doing, and she said that Adam told her that they are going to the store. I told her to tell Adam that it was very late and they were not going anywhere except to sleep.
It didn't last for too long, a few months later we moved out of there and we never heard about 'Adam' again.

yes,of course. i moved into a house in a small town and my 2 girls that was 3-5years old told me there was a boy that wouldn't leave them alone when it was bedtime.i thought they were just playing around and i had asked my sister about it because she lived in that same house for awhile.i asked her if her kids had seen a little boy and they also said yes they have,so i thought they were just playing around too so i asked my girls what he had on and they said blue pj's and then i went and asked my sister's kids what the little boy had on and they said the same thing blue pj's.it didn't take long before i know there was a child killed in that house in the 70's.so i kinda got scared and moved out 2 weeks after i moved in.i still hear storys about that house and how no one stays in it for more than a week or so.

yes defiantly...i was walking through the mall on day and a little girl pointed at me and said "look mommy there is the angel that was with me". she came running towards me and hugged my leg really tightly. then the looked up and asked "is Sarah OK now? is she with Jesus?" i looked at her mom and she was crying and nodding her head, so i said "yes honey Sarah is fine and she is with Jesus" the little girl said "OK good" and ran back to her mom. i was more than a little freaked out and had to know more.

her mom told me that a week earlier she was in a car accident, her 6 yr old had gotten out of her seat belt and was killed instantly. she herself had hit her head and was out and that her younger daughter had told her she was 'OK because an angel lady was with her the whole time until her mommy was awake'

i personally think it was my twin sister who passed in an accident as well...a year ago.

long way to make a point but the experience has changed me forever...i am far less jaded now and more open to possibilities of things we cannot explain, because they are divine.

YES!! Children's supposed imaginary friends can at times be actual spirits, but you must be careful, there are negative spirits that can cause harm to your child. Kids aren't "protected" by the ignorance of adulthood/society, that says that we can't see spirits or ghosts. Tell the Princess she is dead, and should go to the light, or go to God and to leave your family and daughter alone. Good Luck! If nothing else works, try contacting a medium, or ask a priest to bless your house.
