I will say this over and over...DATE, DATE, DATE!!!!! Surround yourself with friends and/or family who care about you. Keep yourself active with clubs, church, or ect. If a song comes on the radio that reminds you of him change the station. Replace any thoughts of your ex with other thoughts of happiness of other people and other things. The main key here is two simple words: DO SOMETHING.

Breaking up is never easy to do! It is really hard to "get over" someone. I don't really think you ever get over as much as you learn to live with the circumstances. You need to start by evaluating yourself, start doing some nice things for you by yourself. Go for a manicure, a pedicure, spend a nice quiet day reading at the library. I know this may sound silly, but you need to learn to love yourself--become your own best friend. This way you learn to look to yourself and less at other people for love and the feeling of being complete.
Go out with some girlfriends! Dress up, make yourself feel attractive and hit the club!
Throw out pics, notes, and anything else that can remind you of him. Remember you are strong and independent. You don't need to let a man get you down! There are more fish in the sea!!!

If he doesnt love you, then dont think about him.
Get a new b/f, try to involve in other hobbies or interests, meet more girl friends, spend time with family, listen to music, etc. Anything that will keep your mind away from him. And this should be for ever, till he is no more than a memory that flashes rarely.

Time. And cut all ties with him. If you want to be friends in the future, fine. But for now if your having a hard time getting over him and if you really do want to get over him. Stay as far away from him as possible. It also wouldn't hurt to get yourself a little rebound relationship going with someone else!

I know how hard that is, but just remember there is a reason that he is your ex. Think of y that is and maybe it will get better. I use to think of all things he did that iterated me to no end and it helped.

dont try to forget him..cuz the more u try..the more u remeber..

does he stil love u?

whats the point if u love someone who dont deserve it...

i know its hard to for gte..but TIME will take care...

and dont find another love..not yet!!!....

dont make that mistake..u will regret...its a wrong advice...dont find for new love...

find for yourself...be yourself...love yourself..and when the time comes..someone who really loves u..will find u..u dont have ti find for the loved one...
TIME is the best medicine u know... U WILL FORGET HIM...give your self some TIME...

You have two choices:

1. do him and dump him

2. tease him and dump him

...the dump is paramount, repetition is tantamount to the dump, his foolishness is negated by getting action from you...

a true juggernaut...

try start hanging out with new people (you dont have to start dating again if it hurts, they can just be new friends)

also, plan routes that dont cross his path, but dont be really wierd if you do bump into him. . . go with the flow
