I go to church with a man who has full custody. Mostly you have to prove the mother is unfit. Always remember the child loves both of you. Just because you and your ex-wife has problems you shouldn't make your child choose between you. They never ask to be born, don't make them wish they wasn't!!!!

yes...my husband won against his ex many times...but then she is a freakzoid psychopath. Plus you needs lots of money for good attorneys...make sure you get a female lawyer who is also bit__ & a child advocate...you'll do fine
