The recipe that M.V. gave is my Favorite!! It tastes just as good as any other fudge, is super easy to make, and is nearly impossible to mess up. Make sure and melt your chocolate on really low heat so it doesn't get grainy. In addition to the bag of chocolate chips and can of sweetened condensed milk, you can add about a cup of any other type of chip- mint, toffee, butterscotch, cherry, or a big plop of peanut butter. After you melt it, put in a 8x8 greased pan and chill.

Simple stuff, but very tasty - Condensed Milk and Chocolate chips (milk chocolate - unless he likes the more bitter variety.) Melt the chocolate, pour in the condensed milk, stir it until it's really thick, put it in a lined pan and let it sit in the refrigerator over night. Very easy, but it turns out fantastic!
