well ive been crushing on this guy in my middle school and every now and then we will look eachother stright in the eye...well i look at him all the time...lol...but we barley know each other and he is really shy...so i know if he likes me he wouldn't ask me first...and he is really hot!!!!!!!

I had the SAME problem in elementary school with a girl I had a crush on. She was 4 grades below me, so there was a little bit of an age gap, plus, I'm a girl too, so I was SOOO shy to make the first move, but the moments we had, exchanging glances in the hallway were electric. Eventually, I was transferred out of the school after my foster parents died, but I always wished I had expressed my feelings for my friend more openly, maybe something would have developed? My advice - go for it. You have nothing to lose.

I think the best way to get him warmed up to you is to start flirting with him and start having a converstion flow. Also don't be too cheesy, some of the guys i'm friends with told me that annoys them adn sorta scares them. Don't make it to obvious and desperate either. Just act cool and calm and let things go on from there.

Find out where he goes and what he likes and show up with a girl friend that does not know him. Then, "Oh hi, you're in my math class or what ever, what are you doing here? Oh, my girlfriend and I have seen this place and were curious" Don't come on too strong, guys love the chase.

You actually go out to get to know each other...If you dont want to do that ask him if you can call him and talk to him about well.... stuff.... anything! color, fave. food, etc; have fun gurlie!
