See a Neurologist. Ask your regular physician for a referral.

My uncle has that- doesn't take drugs- it's not a way you want to live your life. Go to a doctor they will prescribe something for you. Good luck!!!!!!!!

I think they have some electric brain devices for it now,controversial but i saw it on discovery channel.
do a google search.

It is an anxiety disorder so any psychiatrist could prescribe for it and suggest other treatments.
