I bought my boyfriend and I tickets to the January 2nd Detroit Red Wings/ Anaheim Ducks game. This is the game with the retirement ceremony for Steve Yzerman's Jersey...Would YOU be happy if you received this as a christmas gift? (He's a huge hockey/ red wings/ yzerman fan!...its a surprise!)

YES YES YES !!!!! Are you kidding would be awesome gift even if not Redwing fan. Any hockey fan would love to be there when jersey is retired.

Well, I would like it. I am from Michigan but personally HATE the Red Wings but know people that LOVE them and would kill for those tickets. You did GREAT! And by the way I am soo happy Yzerman is gone...it's about time he left.

I'd be happy to spend time with my girlfriend if she was as thought ful as you. I don't even like hockey but I would go just to be with the one I like.
