what's it called when you think that you have like a lot of things wrong with you (medically) and like if you get a stomach ache, you automatically think there's something wrong with you?

It is called hypochondria. But, the more severe form of this is called Munchhausen's Syndrome. There is a book called "Sickened" by Julie Gregory that talks about Munchhausen's Syndrome by Proxy which is where another person (in this case her mother) intentionally made her (Julie) sick to get attention from doctors. A Somatoform disorder (psychological illness) is could also be an answer to your question. Hypochondria fits in this diagnostic area of psychological disorders. I included the website for the book. That person is a Hypochondriac. The good thing about a Hypochondriac is that, because they're always going to the doctor, they usually have more drugs in the medicine cabinet than the neighborhood pharmacy! If you ever visit them and make an excuse to use their bathroom, you can always find something fun in there for you to use!

There is also a more serious disorder than being a hypochondriac. It is called Munchausen Syndrome and is a psychological disorder where a person thinks they are sick, they fake a disorder and lie to doctors about symptoms.
