Here's my answer. Bear with me a moment.
What's the best way to get a strange cat to curl up in your lap? IGNORE IT.
When it walks up to you, resist the urge to pet it. Instead, pick it up and place it away from you a little. In moments, it will return and curl up in your lap.
I like to do this to impress my girlfriends, who usually exclaim "He never warms up to anybody!" And this would make them more pleasantly disposed toward me, since I'm such a "cat whisperer."
But it works with girls, too.
Either consciously or subconsciously, your guy is probably doing this to you. Whether you want to curl up in his lap is up to you.

The best advice I ever got when it came to dating was "just be yourself". I think it works just as well for girls too. I suggest that you relax and be yourself around him and any other guy. That way if he shows an interest in you it will be because he really likes you and not because you're acting like someone that you're not. If he doesn't show an interest don't worry some other guy will and you can have a wonderful relationship (that is assuming that you're old enough to have a relationship). Have confidence in yourelf and everything else will follow.

Move on. You may have come on too strong or he may have found something better. There are a million guys out there for you to like and some of them will probably like you back.

He might probably just thinking things over...Some guys do that sometimes. I know cause...I have the same experience as you. You won't know he likes you unless you ask him...and I know it needs quite a lot of courage to do that. In this situation, a little sit and talk would settle things out...Gud Luck...

No. He doesn't appear to like you in the way you want him to. And although it would be easier for you if he would just tell you, he probably doesn't want to hurt your feeling and is hoping you just get the hint and it will go away. I hate to quote from the popular book, and its completely cliche, but he's just not that into you.

did you push...because guys hate to be pushed. Back off a little. Make him miss you a little, but not too much of course!! Make friendly conversation. Maybe he likes you but is confused about his feelings!!!

In todays world, women are very proud and gutsy and know what they want. Just ask him. Tell him you like him and wanted to know if you have a chance at dating.

Actually, he probably does. He is just nervous because he might want to ask you out. It might also be that he likes someone else and he doesn't want you to be dissapointed.
