He probably likes you if he's always talking to you. He might ask you out, but that guy sounds kind of shallow. I would prefer someone who enjoyed my spirit and mind and soul rather than my body if I were a girl. Or a guy, for that matter.

To me talking about you appearance means that he would want to hook up and might ask you out to score. Depending on how long you have known him and what you are looking for ( hook up or relationship ) I would be careful and take it slow. See how he talks if it is all sexual or talks about the future.
