That is a beautiful BORDER COLLIE!
ADDED: Um, yeah this is a Border Collie and they do come with that color of coat. If you take out part of your link to leave it as this: http://users.skynet.be/eyesoftheworld/ You will see that it says BORDER COLLIE KENNELS. So this IS a Border Collie. Not sure how you got to the picture without going thru their site.

Looks like a Border Collie but the dog's fur appears softer than a Border Collie.

That IS a Border Collie! Go look at pictures on eukanuba.com, akc.org, or do an image search on google.
