On the instruction sheet after you get your piercing it says to get sea salt and water and mix to make a rinse for your mouth.

Although I do not approve the tongue piercing activity, to make the mouth rinse you need:

* one teaspoon of the kitchen salt
* 16 oz of water

Heat the water to about 60 F and mix the salt in it. Rinse for 1minutes and expectorate 3 times a day.

Try a pharmacy...if they don't have it, I'm sure they can recommend other options that won't burn as much. If they don't have it, try the grocery store.
