Hi, there is this guy at my school who I have talked to, like once or twice this year, and now it seems like he is inlove with me or something, he hugs me verytime he has the chance, and I DON'T LIKE IT, i don't hug him back, i just act like, surprised.( well I actully am surprised). My problem is that I'm a person that tries not to hurt someone else's feelings, so I'm not able to tell him in words that I don't like what he's doing, It makes me very unconfortable, and I don't like him, I never gave him the green light to just hug me, but he seems like he just really likes me, I would even say he is stalking me at school, everywhere I go there he is, I'm playing volleyball at the gym and suddenly he shows up, I'm going upstair and suddenly he shows up, I'm going outside and guess what there he is. So please, tell me how to make him understand taht I don't like him, and I don't want him to be hugging me... Remember I don't think I'm able to tell him in words.

I think that's the only way you can get your point across to him. I guess you could try and write him a note, but I dunno if that will be as effective. You can tell him in words, you just have to put aside the fact that you try not to hurt feelings. And I think that by talking to him about your being uncomfortable when he is touchy feely will not hurt his feelings as much as you think it will, but maybe help him to realize what he is doing to you. Have faith, once you get started it will not be as hard as you thought!

He sounds like he is gay. What kind of guy goes around giving hugs? That is a girly thing to do. Next time he hugs you, say can you please not do that. The situation is really not something you can handle without words.

IF YOU DON'T WANT TO TELL HIM IN PERSON THEN DON'T
you can write him a letter, and tell him exactly what you told us. tell him that you dont want to hurt him but that he is making you feel uncomfortable.

Very simple, as he approaches you take a step back. If he takes a step forward, you take one back. If he can't get close, he can't hug.

tell him to back up off you and leave u the **** alone is what u should basically say to let him know that u don't like him
