Well you just bleed. Its a guy's penis breaking a piece of skin inside your vagina. It hurts a bit, but after that you're okay. Its worth it. It doesnt always happen and it doesnt always happen the first time you have sex. It can also happen with a tampon sometimes

it hurts the first time there might be a chance it hurt the second time but rarely then after that then u wont hurt
