Not that hard. Get a job at the local Harvard Club. You will automatically meet Harvard grads.

I don't know why you must have a girlfriend who is a graduate of Harvard, but here is a suggestion: go to the Harvard Alumni website, click on "upcoming events", and go to an event near you. http://www.haa.harvard.edu/
