Belindita is right. It sounds weird saying "te lo comprare." unless you are taking some type of Spanish test or trying to write a poem

Si(Yes), te(to you) voy(I am going) a(to) comprar(buy)lo(it). Note that comprarlo is together. If it is something femine in Spanish terms ex: doll[mun(with~)eca] or house(casa), then use comprarla. If you mean them, use comprarlos or comprarlas. Some masculine words using comprarlo are stuffed animal[mun(~)eco de peluche] and umbrella(paraguas). That is the only word I know that ends with an S and is singular. Two umbrellas would be los paraguas; one would be el paraguas.

If it's Latin American Spanish, you would say:

"Sí, te lo voy a comprar".

If you said, "sí, te lo compraré", although correct, it would sound unnatural.
