No. Stress is a natural part of life. Without stress you have nothing. Stress is what motivates people to take care of themselves, eat, drink, seek shelter etc. The trick is having enough stress to stimulate you and not so much that you are losing yourself. Try to eliminate unnecessary stress, like the kind we give ourselves worrying about how attractive or popular we are or whether we will get richer. That kind of stuff is unnecessary and unhelpful. Try to focus on the most important things in your life and let the rest of it go. Good luck,
