It is nonsense.....now read Ann's answer which is about the second or third post..... Now, what do you think about that??

So, if you are associated with a religious organization that preaches the Trinity what are you to do??

"Do not become unevenly yoked with unbelievers.

For what fellowship do righteousness and lawlessness have? Or what sharing does light have with darkness? 15 Further, what harmony is there between Christ and Be′li·al? Or what portion does a faithful person have with an unbeliever? 16 And what agreement does God’s temple have with idols?" 2 Cor 6:14-16

it is complete nonsense, forgive me for using your words.

‘But isn’t Jesus called a god in the Bible?’ someone may ask. This is true. Yet Satan is also called a god. (2 Corinthians 4:4) At John 1:1, which refers to Jesus as “the Word,” some Bible translations say: “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” But notice, verse 2 says that the Word was “in the beginning with God.” And while men have seen Jesus, verse 18 says that “no man hath seen God at any time.” (Authorized or King James Version) So we find that some translations of verse 1 give the correct idea of the original language when they read: “The Word was with God, and the Word was divine,” or was “a god,” that is, the Word was a powerful godlike one. (An American Translation) Clearly, Jesus is not Almighty God. In fact, Jesus spoke of his Father as “my God” and as “the only true God.”

Did Jesus ever say that he was God? No, he never did. Rather, in the Bible he is called “God’s Son.” And he said: “The Father is greater than I am.” Also, Jesus explained that there were some things that neither he nor the angels knew but that only God knew. (Mark 13:32) Further, on one occasion Jesus prayed to God, saying: “Let, not my will, but yours take place.” (Luke 22:42) If Jesus were the Almighty God, he would not have prayed to himself, would he? In fact, following Jesus’ death, the Scripture says: “This Jesus God resurrected.” (Acts 2:32) Thus the Almighty God and Jesus are clearly two separate persons. Even after his death and resurrection and ascension to heaven, Jesus was still not equal to his Father.

As for the “Holy Spirit,” the so-called third Person of the Trinity, this is not a person but God’s active force. John the Baptizer said that Jesus would baptize with holy spirit, even as John had been baptizing with water. Hence, in the same way that water is not a person, holy spirit is not a person. (Matthew 3:11) What John foretold was fulfilled when, following the death and resurrection of Jesus, holy spirit was poured out on his followers gathered in Jerusalem. The Bible says: “They all became filled with holy spirit.” (Acts 2:4) Were they “filled” with a person? No, but they were filled with God’s active force. Thus the facts make clear that the Trinity is not a Bible teaching. Actually, long before Jesus walked the earth gods were worshiped in groups of three, or trinities, in places such as ancient Egypt and Babylon.

it is not nonsense to us. hmmmm how do i explain it ...........
ex. a mango fruit, it has the skin, the fleshy part u eat, and the big seed. when u see a the skin of the mango , u know its still a mango, when u see the seedd, its still a mango, and when u see the fleshy part. u know its a mango the Trinity is like that 3 in 1 but still a mango.
but if u think this way .......then whats the use of explaining it then:( ...... well God will cease to be God dear when there will come a time that we will be explain everything in a manner like, putting an ocean into a a small empty container. Peace be with you. God bless.

I can't make you believe, and I can't change the way you feel about the trinity, but I will do by best to explain the trinity as I believe in it.

The trinity is God in three forms.

God the Father -that which you cannot see or feel or hear
God the son - Jesus Christ - that which you can see and feel
God the Holy Spirit - that which you can feel and hear

God the Father represents the one who watches how we act.
Jesus is the teacher, God in human form showing us how to act.
The Holy Spirit is God's voice telling us how we should act.

I hope that at least clarifies it.

Of course it sounds like nonsense to a mere human. What makes you think that a mere mortal with a finite mind could ever hope to comprehend the infinite God? Did you really think that God was just a super type of man sitting in the clouds? God is not like us, and therefore we cannot ever hope to fully understand him.

Click on the link below to see some articles discussing the concept of the Trinity. They are too long for me to cut and paste here.

You have God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. These are 3 separate entities which make up the one Godhead, God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. All are one in purpose, in mind, and in nature. Here is an example which may explain it better. You have water, ice, and mist coming from a frozen lake. It is all water, but it is in 3 different forms. The same applies to the Godhead or trinity. ONE GOD but 3 forms. Hope this helps you.

God here is broken down in to three parts.

Father: That would be the Creator, the heavenly Father etc. He made everything.

Son: That would be Jesus, also known as the Savior. He's the one that made us a way in to heaven.

Spirit: This is the ' Holy Ghost ' you may have heard about. This is a guide that is sent to you once you have truly choose to be a Christian. It advises you in you decision making ( usually thought feelings of guilt or elation ) and compels you to do the right thing. However, it's just and adviser. You are still free to act as you will.

I hope this helped, best wishes.

God reveals Himself to us in just about everything that He created. The trinity is a doctrinal name for the scriptural idea that there is One God who is manifest to man in the three Persons said to be God in the Bible. This can be understood by looking at the concept of geometric space. Height is infinite and therefore contains all space, the same for width and breadth. each being infinite contains all space... Yet height is not width and either of those is not breadth, yet these three dimensions make up ONE space..... Jim

There is no trinity. There are only 2 in the God head and that is the Father and the Son. The holy spirits are angels (messengers of God) God gives Jesus directions and Jesus gives them to the angels to carry out. Man has NEVER dealt directly with God. Only Jesus since the begining.
