Most guys find it hard to approach women. Those that do think they have made a great accomplishment and often boast of it to their fellows. Also men are not very good at body lanquage. This is what words are for. If body lanquage was sufficient we would not have developed semantical and vocal communication.
Be youself and approach him. Start talking to him and tell him he is cute. Even go so far as to ask him out. Now if this doesn't work , remember , that there are certain things in this life we cannot have. But make an effort and be genuine. Just act youself. For if he doen't want you after that, thats his loss. But go for it. For remember, that there are certain things in this life that you can have. For you'd be suprised how many males are looking at females and wishing they could be a bit more approachable and looking for ways to approach them. Be approachable and it will either work or you will find out that it is not for you. But give it a try.

Leagues are so overrated. If you want him to see you than strike up a conversation with him. Even if its incredibly stupid. Most of the time, it doesn't take much. It only takes one person to start talking. Once you get a conversation going, think of something to talk about every day. Just be yourself. If he likes you back, great. If not than you have lost nothing. You will find someone who does like the person you are. Good Luck!

Make ur self over, look ur best then "mistakingly" run into him. Start a conversation, and be bold and ask him out for coffee or lunch. Just get out of your comfort zone and get notice!

Try and get an "in" as to talking with him... do you have any friends in common, find out if you have any common interests, etc. You gotta start talking with him and try and get a friendship going if you can, then work from there.

Strike up a conversation with him one day. Just come up to him and smile at him, and if he smiles back, then say "Hi, what's your name?" I know it sounds pretty lame, but hey, just try it out. Smiling helps a lot, too.

first off dont talk your heart out you will turn him off, secondly dont dress like a skanky-ho. be yourself and if he doesnt like you for who you are you will forget about him in a week and probably be checking out someone else!
