rinse with salt water after eating drinking other than water smoking ect

Baking soda on a q-tip...It will sting a bit...but it nuetralizes the acid in the sore and will help it heal and feel better in the morning.

the mouth ulcers will heal quickly.

take an ice cube and wrap it in a paper towel; then, apply to the sore the same as you would apply an ice pack
