It depends on what you want to do. If you want parties, city life and non stop action Port of Spain is for you. If you are looking for more of a feel for life in the country, then try a little further south, San Fernando. But , if you are looking for beach and beach like amenities, Tobago is the top choice. My suggestion for best of all worlds is to stay in Port of Spain for that city feel, walk around absorb the culture and take the ferry to Tobago to "get away" from it all.

it depends. if u like peace and quiet, tobago is the best.
party? anywhere.
but that's a tuff question, hmmm i would say anywhere that sells the best doubles. lol (i think that's between Arima, Chaguanas, and Curepe).
