No, you don't need to play pranks or act weird in any way. Just be natural. Being your bro/s party you'll also be playing host.
This is a good occasion to kinda strike up normal conversation, nothing overboard.
He already knows you are interested ( and all of us have an uncanny sense of figuring things out anyways). If he feels the same then way to go......................he might make the first move himself.
So just chill and njoy the party!!!

If you want to get noticed big time, try to make a big impression. Dress which accentuates your body without being vulgar and appropriate makeup should be in order. Your time and attention should be devoted to him. While all the guests are equally welcome, try to make him feel that it is he more than anybody you are glad to have as your guest. If things turn out as expected, a parting kiss should make it memorable for ever. Pranks are best avoided if he doesn't start one himself.

if u like him just grab his notice by looking at him in a friendly way & smile. he'll do the same but don't b hasty, he'll himself draw towards u n i think ur bro won't bother this.
