You need to rest your mind and body.
First, make sure you get enough to eat.
Secondly, your mind has been active because of all the studying, so don't do anything too complex. Let your mind rest.
Third, either sit down or lay down with minimal lighting and social activity. This will allow your body and muscles to completely relax. The low lighting will allow your brain to calm down.
Fourth, when you feel ready, do something you enjoy that is not too complex. Whether you know it or not, your brain is subconsciously working through all of the information for the exams, so try not to overstimulate yourself through intense activity or mental strain. So, if you enjoy TV, watch something or a movie maybe. If you like a particular magazine, check it out. Or, maybe you like to talk to friends or family. Pamper yourself and try not to overthink the exam material. Just think about pampering yourself and making your life simple for the time you have left.
This always works for me and I get stressed a lot and I just completed my last exam today. I gave myself time to do stuff I enjoy like cooking and wrapping gifts. I also watched some happy movies. I've learned over these college years that this is the best way to do well on exams and feel mentally sane when it's over. Good luck!

The best way is to just talk to friends on the phone or to a parent ur close to. This always helps me out. As old fashioned as this sounds taking deep breaths in with your nose and then exhaling it slowly is good. And just take your mind of everthing that is stressing u out. Just have confidence in what ur doing and it will be enough. Also a big key for me is laughter. If i can sit down and watch something funny on tv i feel better. Just a few suggestions. Hope that helps!!! :)

Two things...fist meditate. Find a comfortable spot on the floor or you bed and close your eyes. Don't think about anything but your breathing. Breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. Nice slow breaths. Seems silly but it helps calm my nerves. Hope this helps and best of luck!

darkened room, several scented candles, soft music, no food it makes you wake up, put your mind at rest because you have studied and you know the stuff and you will pass. Have no doubts and you will relax after the nice warm bath.
