He spent his first night outdoors. That was 2 days ago. He ate when he first came home, but today his appetite is going down and he's throwing up all over the house both food and clear stuff. he also has a sore on his head where the fur is thinning.

Take your cat the the vet asap, there could be something seriously wrong, since theres many dangers outside to cats. Next time please be careful and make sure your cat doesnt get near the door, so he/she wont escape.

he either caught a bug or ate something noxious while he was outside. You can't aford to second guess though. You need to take your kitty to the vet.

its possible he got in a fight and is now getting an infection... also its possible he ate something that made him sick.. I would take him to the vet for sure....

Sounds very serious.Is he up to date on his vaccinations?He needs to be checked out at the vet pronto!!!!!!
