I will reiterate the vet part, but add that if you don't have one, you can find one at
http://aav.org/vet-lookup

Now get off the computer and separate those poor birds!

You should definately go to an avian certified vet. When you notice anything out of the ordinary, make sure to see your vet because birds are prey animals, and if they show symptoms that they are sick, they think that they are more at risk to be eaten, so you need to look for any weird things (like not being as vocal, not playing as much as usual, funny poops, not eating as much/what it usually does etc.) you can find an avian certified vet near you here: www.aav.org/vet-lookup make sure you keep them seperated, like other people said, because your other bird might get it too. seperated means different rooms (upstairs and downstairs if possible) to be extra safe, change your clothes when you see the sick bird (like keep an extra large shirt to put on when you see the sick one and take it out when you get out of the room) because bird sicknesses are usually spread by the air. please go and good luck!!

you MUST keep the birds separated, its very possible that your bird may be suffering from a mite infection.. you will have to get to an Avian Vet ASAP and its strongly advised to make the appointment for BOTH birds even if the other one isn't displaying symptoms..
Cheers

I would find a vet in your area that specializes in birds if not one then go to a vet that does at least have some knowledge of bird care.

Is he sneezing? If he's, he's in simple terms chilly,so he puffs as much as be heat or is having a fever.instead of having him all locked up in warm/heat place, positioned his cage on your backyard, faraway from cats and different wild birds. whilst my parakeet replaced into ill,she hyped up,like my 8 others, yet she replaced into lesser hyped up because of the fact she had a fever.I saved her faraway from others.they're contagious. do in simple terms no longer hardship.pass to a distinctive close by vet,and get a medicine who i take advantage of with my vet (i'm a vet assistant).you combine that along with his foodstuff or water so he can heal. good luck.

Keep them separated. One bird might be pecking the other, or one might have conjunctivitis, which is a serious disease in birds.
