it says on the box to use two eggs, but I don't have any and really don't want to go out in the rain...does anyone know if it would turn out ok without eggs? thanks !

You do need the eggs. They are the binder, without it, you'll just have a runny mess.

NO - You do not need the eggs. One easy way to substitute the eggs using household ingredients is by using cornstarch. For each egg being replaced, simply add one tablespoon of cornstarch to three tablespoons of water and mix well, then add to your batter.

They'll come out "bready", but you'll be just fine. A substitute for eggs believe it or not is mayonaise. It's made of egg whites and oil. About a tablespoon for each egg you don't have. Don't use salad dressing though. your pancakes will taste like coleslaw ;-)

yes you might can add a little more milk and maybe do OK but eggs are kind of what makes pancakes.
otherwise you just have a fried bisquit
