Dude I have only met 1 other Camille in my life.(thats my name too) You totally rock! Oh and to answer your question, most likely. Think about it, if you were iming a guy you didn't like sexually would you make those jokes?

He was flirting. Not being very sly or suave about it...but, that's what you get. Did these comments come out of the blue, or did something proceed them? Context clues should let you know.
But, sexual comments are a very crude way to flirt.
