They question your faith for the same reason you question other faiths: Because we don't all share the same beliefs.

If you're a Christian, and you have any faith in Jesus, then according to Jesus you can do all the miracles he did and greater.
So when anyone questions your faith, isn't it easier than breathing to stand up on top of some water, demonstrate that you have God's authority to teach, and show them the error of their ways?
No, well how about water into wine? Multiplying food?
Well, what CAN you do to demonstrate your faith?
